Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi are the pin-up stars of a new wave of chic eateries. Their London-based restaurants and cafes feature dishes inspired by the foods they grew up with during their childhoods in West and East Jerusalem. They've fused their culinary roots with influences from as far afield as Persia and California.
