Why don't you visit the site and see it working. It's much more fun than looking at this picture.

Handy how-tos.

Customise your own lists and things. And get stuff that's relevant to where you are.

Get your green fingers off that keyboard...

Poke's fourth piece of work for BBC Magazines. We were given the chance to put Gardeners' World online for the first time. As in previous outings the site was designed in collaboration with their internal editorial and technical teams.

For people without garden-wi-fi, or a fear of laptops near hosepipes, we made to-do lists and how-tos that can be printed and pinned-up in the potting shed.

The website is a perfect complement to the magazine. Adding seasonal hints and tips, local gardening weather, personalised scrap books, and a fully-searchable plant database (linked into an e-commerce garden centre).

Gardening is the new cooking is the new rock 'n' roll, and so on.
